Hey folks. Perhaps not the right channel so apologies in advance but looking for opinions from ecom experts. For a new NS account being connected to an EXISTING BigCommerce ecom site that has historically been used for direct updates to item attributes and pricing, should NS become the system of record for the item master even if it means updates to business processes in BigCommerce? Or would it be relatively 'safe' to set it up as 2-way? My instinct is that NS should be master because....well....I'm a NS consultant. 🙂 Anyone out there with specific BigCommerce vs NS experience with a different opinion and a strong reason for it?
