IMO certs are there to just give companies the warm and fuzzies. They don't mean that you know anything and i'd argue they are pretty worthless overall. The hands on experience is 100000000000% more valuable in being decent at netsuite (seems kinda common sense really). You can try linkedin. I get like 2-3 people per day for job stuff so there's def a ton on positions on there.

Same could be said about college degrees.

I whole heartedly agree on certs (unfortunately I was one of early adopters). Experience is the main thing, exposed to multitude of scenarios worth more than cert. Also I agree with @creece on Linkedin, just stay away from Anderson Frank (total waste of time)

I know plenty of 'Multi-Certified' NetSuite developers, but when you see their work, you will be surprised. I can see people getting certified in NetSuite but lacking a fundamental understanding of how it works.
