@NSN we do something similar - authorize payments in BigCommerce and capture in NetSuite with eWay payment gateway. All we needed to do is to put the authorization code into the

pnref

field on the Cash Sale. I tried saving it on the Sales Order but it would randomly disappear so I created a custom field to store it and copy to

pnref

as the cash sale is being generated. I don't believe you will be able to auth & capture again without the credit card number saved in NetSuite, however.
