@Kevin Bachman I have had a chat with some people and you are correct; there is file called ____ns-uploader-manifest__.json which contains hashes of every file that is to be uploaded; those hashes are checked with the ones in the system and if there is a difference, a new one is uploaded. So, sorry about that.
