Yes. I have a custom template and within anywhere from 1-2 weeks the custom template reverts to the default template
The NS rep had me override the default template with my custom code and it still reverted after a week

OK, it looks like this is a known issue for which we advise using the latest version of the SMT tools. There is reference to a workaround but I can't seem to find it, perhaps your support team member can find it. Ask them to compare your case to issue 518024

Ok thanks. I'm pretty sure I'm on the latest version of SMTs for Elbrus. The most recent version is for Aconcagua and up I think?

Ah yes. v3 is only for Kilimanjaro and above 😕

Thanks, Steve. I gave Netsuite Support the case number you gave me and it looks like this is a known issue and probably not going to be fixed for SMT v2.
