Anybody noticed since 19.2 upgrade that cart error emails no longer contain any detail in the "Error Ticket"? I still get the customer name and email address but prior to upgrade also got list of cart items, and more importantly would get any error returned via the payment gateway - there's now no way to know if error was benign (usually CVC incorrect, insufficient funds or something else caused by user).

Hey @Steve82 - Had you guys shifted over to the new System Email Templates prior to your 2019.2 upgrade? There should have been a customer email come around a few months back as they retired the old way of sending emails and moved to the more uniform templates for the whole system

That being said, there's pretty limited info in the template for error reporting, but it should show the error in the "error ticket" area and also show what was in their cart. if you have a look under Setup -> SCA - > Edit Website, then go to the Email tab and the "other Emails" sub-tab you should be able to view and edit the error email template in there.

Not sure if that will necessarily help, but it's the way the templates are handled now anyhow

I saw the warning they would be retired in the future in NetSuite on the templates page, no specific communication that it would happen with 2019.2 though. I assume now all my public facing emails have not been sending since Saturday, happy days... Still at least it's not like we just paid a ton of money for NetSuite ACS to validate our environment and review our set up on top of paying a CAP (missing r) agency look after things 😂

Are you sure weren't notified? I just checked the list of PFCNs and there are two I've found that both say that system email templates will be mandatory from 2019.2

Was a painless enough switch in the end, incorrect user received the warning emails. Still have the original issue though were ${website.cartContents} shows nothing in error emails even after switching back to the default. And still no payment gateway error codes - looking at available fields dropdowns nothing else jumps out
