I'm seeing an issue when converting a Quote to a Sales Order in our SCA site - the shipping charge is lost. The correct value shows up in the Summary box on the

quotetosalesorder-review

page, but the Delivery Method box shows a value of $0.00 (though the correct shipping method is reflected)
