Hi everyone,
I’m still having the issue about the Theme being deployed and activated correctly but the changes are not reflected in the website. Same for extensions. I created a NS support case and they flagged it as a defect and are working on it. But please if anyone is having the same issue and already found a workaround sharing it will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Remove your deploy folder and deploy it again, make sure your changes are in the deploy folder and also make sure that the changes are in the file cabinet, so you can double check that these steps were successfully and the issue is in the activation.

yeah.. I tested that and is not deployment related.
The only scenario when it works is when I activate the Vanilla theme, and the I activate again my custom Theme, then the last changes are reflected in the website.
So it must be something with the activation process.

Ok I just tested assigning a different theme and is not even pulling that new theme. It happens only with one specific Domain. I have two domains in prod and for one all cache invalidations are working ok and theme/extensions activations worked just fine. But with this other domain the activation of the new theme goes smoothly but it never shows up the new theme in the website. And the Cache invalidation requests are all Failed.
Any ideas @Flo & @Steve Goldberg ?
Any help is welcome..

I'm having an issue where I deploy a theme, it updates, then reverts back to the original core code theme a short time later. Nobody else is working on the site.

If I re-activate it works again, for about 20 minutes.
