Make sure your SSP application is linked to website touchpoints but also the website Domain

how to check whether it is linked or not?

I usually just go to the ssp application and click ‘view’ then there is a button for link to domain and a button for link to website - proceed with click and configuring both of those for teh site / domain you are setting up

but also on the domain - at the bottom it will show you the configured touchpoints  (same on the website setup record)

Will it take some time to show on extension manager record?
