Hey folks, recently our own company's email addresses have been ending up on our Netsuite Bounced Email List. When I look at the original bounced email, the reason Netsuite stores is "Permanent Failure: Other undefined status". I've checked my email server, and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. There isn't any resource spikes, and Netsuite is not on a spam list as far as I can tell. Also, we receive some emails from Netsuite just fine. Is there any way to get more details more than "Other undefined status"?
