Hey folks, recently our own company's email addresses have been ending up on our Netsuite Bounced Email List. When I look at the original bounced email, the reason Netsuite stores is "Permanent Failure: Other undefined status". I've checked my email server, and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. There isn't any resource spikes, and Netsuite is not on a spam list as far as I can tell. Also, we receive some emails from Netsuite just fine. Is there any way to get more details more than "Other undefined status"?
Found answer. Netsuite at some point in the past started requiring some CNAME records for DKIM, and not just a TXT record. So I just needed to update those.

@RJMNS Yeah! I'm a little surprised too to be honest... I didn't do an email server update or anything... so I'm wondering if Netsuite changed something on their backend that then caused my email server to occasionally bounce things or something.
