Trying here because I didn't get a response in #C298P0BCK When we started with NetSuite 5 years ago, we added our FedEx & UPS accounts to integrated shipping at direction of NetSuite. Since then we've found the integrated shipping does not work for us and we work solely outside of NetSuite using UPS Worldship & FedEx Ship Manager. The integration got forgotten about in NetSuite until the recent change to UPS OAuth. Few questions 1. Deleting the existing UPS integration pops up a warning "Deleting a registration can cause issues voiding previously created Item Fulfillments.". If we don't use integration shipping, will this affect us at all? 2. If I do delete the UPS account, will that affect the UPS Shipping Methods selectable under Accounting -> Shipping Items, or are they standalone entries? We still want those to remain.

*While you should always test in sandbox first… !! If you’re no longer using NetSuite’s integrated shipping (UPS/FedEx) and instead ship entirely through WorldShip/Ship Manager, deleting the UPS integration shouldn’t affect your functionally. The warning about “voiding previously created Item Fulfillments” mainly applies if you’re still using NetSuite to generate shipping labels as they’re still referencing metadata used by these connectors—those links require the carrier registration. If you’re not doing that anymore, you’re most likely safe. Also, removing the UPS account won’t affect the shipping methods under Setup > Accounting > Shipping Items—those are standalone and will remain selectable. Consider running a quick saved search to see if any fulfillments still reference that UPS integration, but in most cases, cleanup is straightforward.

@Sara Dickinson that you for the confirmation. That was my theory, but I wasn't sure how it would affect our shipping methods. I've been told by you now and someone else that they're independent of each other, so that answers that. (And yes, tested in Sandbox first. I didn't see any after effects, but since it's been years since we did anything with it, wanted to double check on what I may have just missed)
