Happy Monday! I'm looking into SuiteCommerce MyAccount. I'm wondering if it allows for case management (viewing/creating). Also curious if it would be possible to use this product to allow a customer (maybe with some suitescripting) to view an estimate, then convert that estimate to an SO. Has anyone used it for purposes similar to these?
