Hi, Does anyone have experience with the Net Suite Lease Management tool. Currently in Excel Hell and looking for an escape.

Talk to NetGain about their Lease product. Or you'll be in NetSuite hell instead most likely. The Lease Management module in NS "works" about as well as the FAM module in general in my experience. If you have very basic use cases and you don't change anything ever, it works ok. But it falls down immediately when introducing any complexity.
