After I upgraded my Extension Manager Bundle manually in sandbox to 2019.1 I am unable to deploy a theme (I am getting gulp errors that files are missing). I think I need to extract the folder from the the Theme Development Tools 2019.1 .zip in order to deploy a theme now. Can someone direct me to documentation of how to proceed, please?

which SCA version?
so there is a known issue that has been reported already regarding SCEM 19.1 not realizing that there may be files missing as there are Themes based on previous Base Themes. This will be fixed on next e-fix. Meanwhile what you can do is do a fetch of the base theme and add the files that you are getting errors on.
besides that, if you are not on SCA 19.1 but on older versions as SCA 18.2 or Aconcagua, you should use the zip files of devtools 18.2

@Flo We are using Aconcagua, I reverted back to using the 18.2 dev tools, deploy worked but Activation Status is stuck on 'Pending'. What should I do now?

@Kira Z can you give Nicolás administrator access. The records have admin permissions and that may be what is blocking him from checking the user event

Make sure your role is in the Audience of that script deployment
