While we’re on the subject, can we talk about the case system? I submit a case and it says “Your case information has been submitted. To update your case, go to NetSuite Account Center.” I click on the link and it takes me to a help page telling me how to access the account center, but there’s a JS popup telling me my connection has timed out and when I click “okay” it just reloads the page and shows the same popup.
