Hello, our new client has dunning processed, and they need some changes in the email templates. I found which are the templates and made the requested changes, but the new emails have old text. Any idea why changes in the dunning email template are not applied? Is there something like a night job refresh? Thanks, Irina

They could be using different email template vs what you edited or there could be merge {fields} with the old text.

Thanks for the reply. In that case, the client has a custom dunning process by ASC. In their solution, a custom record is used to collect data for all eligible emails. Looks like it will be tricky to customise a locked custom dunning solution 🙂
