I have a user who for some reason cannot pull up newly entered customer addresses into the bill to of their quotations. We have done the following troubleshooting and I have no idea what could be wrong:
• Cleared Cache
• Logged Out and In
• Used other accounts in the same role - worked
• Verified he is using the same quote form
The only recent environment change was showing the ship to fields on quotes - but I do not see how this would impact anything or cause it to be for only one rep.
