Hello! One of our users has had issues with the Expenses app, where it has deleted all the claims he had sitting there before he had submitted them. This isn't the first time this has happened to our users, I hear the app has a bad rep anyway, but has anyone else had this problem/ have a solution for it?

The app is terrible but, so are users so who knows, haha.
