If you are unable to login to Netsuite or are seeing system issues, please report the issue by calling NetSuite 877-789-4289. Its currently classified as a U2 and they told me they will only reclassify to a U1 if more accounts report the problem (they literally said "You are only the 10th customer account to call, so its only a U2 right now"). We are a support partner and have many Phoenix data center customers but only 1 reporting the problem.
