I am trying to find out how to add custom fields to the Customer Address Sublist display. I have the fields created and attached to the address record. They show up if I edit an address sublist record from the Customer record. But I need them to show on the list in view mode... I cannot find where to do that in forms customization. I can get to the custom Address Form but that is the entry/edit form and not the sublist. And I do not see it in the Entity/Customer form.

I already have it created in Other records. Record type "Address". And set to "Apply to all custom address forms". That gets it into the Edit mode of the sublist of customer addresses. But I see no where to indicate that I want that new custom field to show on the sublist in display mode on the customer record as shown above.

maybe you have to create a custom address form and then set it as the preferred form?

The only forms for addresses that you can customize are the address entry/edit forms that you can get to with the pencil icon in the sublist display when you are in edit mode on the customer. That gives you a pop up form and my custom fields DO appear there already. Trying to get them in the Base Customer form on the address tab where it shows the existing address records. But it does not appear that that is possible.

Understood, I just wasn't sure if creating a custom address form would force the sublist to do what you wanted and show the new fields

We already have a custom form for the customer addresses. So it has not done anything to allow access to the customer entity sublist display form
