I ran SS with same criteria in prod and sandbox on customer record type. Prod results are 754315 and sandbox results are 33750. Sandbox refreshed in March 2025. How to resolve. Please help

Perhaps refresh SB again and run SS.

I'd imagine it's probably system notes - they don't make it into sandbox when you do a refresh
