Has anyone setup Paypal in sandbox and had it work? I get to

ModelsInit.Order.Submit()

and receive this error:

Code: ERR_WS_SUBMIT_ORDER Details: Exception when submiting the order.

Hi Chris, I have successfully connected a PayPal sandbox account to SCA checkout with the PayPal payment configuration in NetSuite was set to Test. It was at least a couple of years ago when I configured it. The difficult part of the config was on the PayPal side. The NetSuite instructions were a bit confusing because the PayPal screens had changed some what from the instructions in NetSuite help

I di d too several years ago, make sure you are entering the Paypal Sandbox credentials
