We're having an issue where on the vendor tax id field clears when the vendor record saves. SA guidance was to create a custom form to solve the issue, unfortunately the same behavior is happening. Any ideas teams?

no scripts or workflows affecting the vendor form

Are you checking the vendor form or the vendor record for script deployment? Because to me, those 2 are different.

or is the nexus changing for the vendor form?

how would the nexus change on the form? and change from what?

can you give some more detail on this. does the system notes show that the vendor tax id is being cleared out? is this happening for all vendor records?
