I have some random other charges that go onto sales orders I would like to have automatically fulfill as they are just charges for services. Is there a way to choose certain items that would auto fulfill when added to a sales order?

no, but some item types (like other charge) have a checkbox on the item record for "can be fulfilled/received"

if you uncheck that checkbox the item won't be fulfillable and the next step for that item in the order to cash sequence is billing

the checkbox isn't retroactive, so existing sales orders with the item present would still require the item to be fulfilled while orders with the item added after the change is made would not require or allow the item to be fulfilled

<@U4XT29MRD> just to make sure I'm reading this right, if I uncheck the box as long as I add the item onto the order if will still charge as if it was fulfilled?
