Ran into a Saved Search issue. Saved Search is showing {quantity} for some sales order line items as a negative number. But when I look at the same order in the normal Transactions screen, it is positive. And I did not believe you can enter a negative quantity on a sales order. These are normal inventory items. Has anyone else run into this?

Thank you but I am unsure how the account would make the order quantity negative on the sales order. And which account did you mean? There are 10 different accounts attached to an item. In any even, I have found that this has happened for many different inventory items.

do you have cogs, shipping and tax line hidden, i think also discount does this but i cant remember for sure.

If you mean I may be seeing the wrong line, if I was seeing one of those other lines, I would have multiple lines returned in the search for the one item. I do not.
