Hey everyone i need help on this I have tax amount override = True but when i add tax in Etail order line Tax it's not showing TAX in Summary

you transaction must have positive sign or equal 0 for taxes to be calculated. you probably need to change a transaction type such as credit memo

@Karina Hey Thanks but we have a gift card line item which makes the Total negative i want to calculate the taxes after submitting the sales Order

when you apply your gift card your sales transaction cannot go below $0. are you saying the gift card is worth more than the sale?

you need to record the balance in different manner outside of this transaction depending what you need to do with the balance - if you keeping it on customer account (customer deposit) or you are paying cash back, then your SO must be equal the gift card amount and you will be giving a refund for the “extra”
