I am trying to run SCA developer tools for our website. It runs on the Kilimanjaro version. This is my first time using the SCA developer tools so I downloaded the zip file, but the site does have customizations. How can I get an accurate copy of what my site is looking like. I have .tpl files that are on my site but not in deployment files. In other words, how can you get customizations if you dont have a saved code base?

You need to download the zip file from development folder

@Benjamin Cookson if you do not have a backup or repo of the code deployed, your only option is to check the backup folder on the SSP and download the last one uploaded (in case the developer in the last deployment allowed to submit the backup zip). Otherwise you do not have a way to get a copy and anything you deploy to the site will override the current features and there is no way back for that.
