I've defined my domain in netsuite to use the apex domain abc.com.au and then use CNAME flattening in cloudflare. Would it have been better to define www.abc.com.au as the primary domain, and then do forwarding of the apex domain to the www subdomain?

actually you can't (shouldn't) use the root domain to host SuiteCommerce. WWW has to be your primary domain. So you'd have: • root domain with cname flattening • www with cname • in NetSuite, www as primary domain That's how we all used to set it up HOWEVER I would rather not have the root domain in NS at all and build rules to redirect to www via CloudFlare. Why? Cause you can't easily secure (SSL) your root domain in NS Happy to help, let me know
