Has anyone seen/tried the Recurring Billing SuiteApp from NS? It seems to be a new SuiteApp based on the documentation (8/31/22). Is this a substitute to SuiteBilling?

Hi Luis, the documentation is updated as of 8/31, but the SuiteApp is old (2017). Looking at the description it is not a substitute for SuiteBilling, but maybe a "lite" version. Not a lot of users, and no versioning of the bundle in over a year. If you're looking for an alternative to SuiteBilling there are a lot of third-party apps I'd consider first.
