Hi all, having a random image appearing in place of our logo on generated PDFs when using companyInformation.logoUrl as the source, anyone else hitting issues with this? No changes to PDF templates or images in folder, was working fine last week

I've also just had a report of a similar issue. Only affecting 1 of several NetSuite accounts I have access to. I'm unable to download associated images from the file cabinet.

I can download the images but it seems I'm unable to access any image files that are tagged 'Available Without Login' without logging in - new uploads and existing images, PNG and JPG. Can access a HTML file no worries

I was able to fix by re-uploading affected images. Lucky for me this particular company only needs a couple of images for form printing. Not really a solution for others with many images...

I have tried re-uploading images and creating new in the same folder and still can't access.. Seems to be a bizarre issue

Check the image is of the same file type as the file extension e.g it might be called logo.jpg but its actually a different file format like png. Changing the name to logo.png might then help. It feels as though NS may have tightened up the checking of file types.

me too, happened about the same time as cweier reported. SBs that are updated have this issue, non-updated SB does not. I thought it may be related to the 1st and 2nd URLs now being 'invalid domain' (shop and secure) but the SB that does not have the image issue also has the invalid domain for these links so does not seem to be related. I have tried to remove all logos (e.g. from company information, form setup, subsidiary logo, location logo) and the form does not use companyinformation.logoUrl as source but the ? still occurs but yeah as of about 5 minutes ago it is now okay..
