Hey everyone! I have created a workflow that sends an email to the customer when a Sales Order is created. This workflow works correctly when the Sales Order is created within NetSuite, but it does not trigger when the Sales Order is created through the SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) website

Have you defined any specific context at the worklfow level? If its only UI selected, make sure add this external context as well, so a workflow will get triggered

Right now I selected all the context at the workflow level.

We had an issue similar to this. We ended up creating a Scheduled workflow to check for new web orders every 30 minutes and email them.
