Hi, I'm currently testing the 2025.1 pre-release and encountered an error when trying to receive an order. I'm using Advanced Lot Numbering. Below are the error message and the exact file location where it occurred. Has anyone else run into this issue? I'd appreciate any insight or suggestions.

Do you have a client script doing anything there? When does the error occur, on init of the inventory detail popup?

Yes, as soon as I open the Inventory Detail the message pops up
We don't have any client scripts that we created ourselfs
there is one that belongs to the Advanced Lot Numbering feature, its locked so i can really change its behaviour

You could try undeploying or inactivating to see if that is the source of the issue

I did, and i stopped having that issue but the window to set the lot number name stopped showing
It<s a bug but Netsuite owns that script bundle. The problem is very simple but it we upgrade, our operations will be affected since we use this feature a lot during the day.

Sounds like you may need to report a defect. Is there any update pending for that bundle? Do you see the same issue with other items? Are you sure there is inventory available for the item?

The message shows on an Item Receipt when we try to receive inventory. I did updated the bundle but nothing changed.

Is it an item that you’ve already received inventory for? Basically trying to rule out any preconfiguration that might be needed

yes, we do the exact same transaction every day. Basically the script causing problems is trying to set the bin as mandatory but it can find it i think
