Hi, why netsuite is redirecting me to fulfill sales order page instead of item fulfillment record when i click on fulfillment button. Please help. Thank you

You can’t create stand alone fulfillment. Which record you are on?

Do you have different locations or subsidiaries on each line of the order?

Yes location was different which is why netsuite was redirecting me to fulfill order page.
