Is it possible to change the tax period of a transaction? The field isn't available in the transaction form and is only available in saved searches and tax reports.

it is set by the transaction date I believe

It is. I found a workaround which was by opening/closing tax periods and/or temporarily changing the transaction date.

Was there a script or anything you could use to always set the tax period to posting period?

I tried to use a UE script but it isnt able to set the Tax Period
