Looking to setup a cart abandonment saved search for contact records specifically so that we can run email automations off the saved search. I'm encountering an issue with separating out which contact added the item to the cart, as the cart contents are tracked on the customer record. So all contacts seem to have the same cart contents from NS, even though that is not true from within SC. Is there a way to return a contact's cart items within a NS saved search? The users login to SC via contact records, so the email on the customer record often is not the correct user to send a cart abandonment email to. With no way to determine what contact added what items to the cart, we don't know which email address to send the cart abandonment email to.
