It's kinda hard to tell from just the screenshot, but start by trying a cache-clear browser refresh (ctrl+shift+r in chrome and edge). That has a long history of fixing annoying UI bugs. Trying in a different browser would be the next simple step. It looks like maybe the left padding of the body div (html id

) got removed somehow - normally it's

20px !important

except on top. The only thing I can think of if a refresh doesn't fix it (i.e. if it isn't a cache/NS client bug) is a custom client script doing something it's not supposed to, so maybe double check that this problem happens across all records and not just this specific record type
