Has anyone tried to set an inbound SFTP connection and been unable to supply a valid Bank folder. Even when just sitting it to the root "/"? Had to whitlist a whole list of current data center netsuite IP addresses to be able to test the connection, but can't run a manual inbound job because we get the error that the path specified does not exist... Even at the root. Can rule out permission issue with the SFTP username, as the same username works fine and can see the file paths using an external application like filezilla

are we referring to a bundled SFTP or a custom-built one? We encountered a similar issue recently where it turned out the root directory needed to be defined in the createConnection function rather than in the download/upload function
