Hello everyone!! I'm new to Netsuite. I have been assigned to Zone Advanced Billing (Subscriptions, Invoicing), and Revenue (ARM) areas. Can someone help me with the inputs or documents to start with? Thanks in advance.

Have you looked in SuiteAnswers and Learning Centre? There is an online ARM course.

ARM comes in two flavours, legacy and the new one, and they're totally different... and the new one also has two different flavours (might be coming in the new patch) So if it doesnt match the exact documentation, dont be shocked!

Note - Zone is it's own solution and you really should reach out to them for their documentation
