If a Customer creates a Payment transaction in the Customer Center, can they enter their bank and credit card details and get charged automatically? Does this need integration or payment processors? Without customization or integration, is there an out of the box way to allow customers to pay within customer center? Like actual payment and not for recording purposes only

There is the new payment link that can be used I think but it may need enabling.

Is that available in the customer center? Last time I checked it is not. And I was told that it still requires some kind of integration. But I can double check.
