The transaction is approved and cannot be edited. This shows up whenever we edit an approved transaction with a custom workflow. Is there a way to still edit an approved transaction? We didn't put this logic into the custom workflow.

If you look at the system notes find what state the transaction is currently in Then check that state and see if it has the lock record action If not check customization > scripted records and find your transaction in the list then 1 by 1 turn off each script and workflow and see which one fixes the issue

@AI1 there's no Lock record action and there's no script running against it. Isn't it a standard behavior of NS to not allow editing of the transaction once it's approved by a custom workflow?
