I don't see the bundle Fixed Asset Management in suiteapp marketplace as well as in suitebundler search , do I need to make it available through shared bundle from NetSuite ? do they provide to review the bundle in sandbox first ?

I believe you should be able to see it regardless, but the Install button will be missing if you haven't paid for it yet (it's a separately paid license). You won't be able to get it at all (prod or sandbox) until you pay for it. Maybe if you're really lucky or good at negotiating with your account rep they'll give you a demo account temporarily with access to fixed assets in it.
