Is there any website configuration or field-level configuration to control the visibility of these transaction line-level fields on the website?

Kinda. If you:
1. In the domain configuration record, check *Enable Order History Columns Management*
2. Add the custom column ID name to the list and save
It will show on the Order History Details page _and_ the list page.

Unfortunately, it didn't work.

You can control these fields in the Item Options table in the configuration

Select the checkbox to hide all the fields that are currently showing. Add custom fields to the table to surface additional fields.
