I have 2 emails that send out after item fulfilment. 1 I can find the workflow that sends one email but cannot hunt down the other one. Is this something that is checked off in my settings somewhere to send the one not attached to a workflow? 1 attached Packing Slip and BOL

Check your email preferences for sending packing slips

Also check the customer if to be emailed = T

Also try to find a saved search that may have an email for item fulfillments

just odd both emails say basically the same thing
