Has anyone had issues setting up payment instruments for SuiteCommerce? I feel like I've tried every iteration of the setup instructions and they still don't show up. My checkout page is blank presumably due to issues with payment methods.

Can you explain what you want to do with payment instrument?

Hi Borys, we are trying to enable it for SuiteCommerce. It is the newer payment implementation for tokenization and tokenized payment cards.

do you have any issues when you try to enable it?

the checkout page is blank and the payment methods don't load

I need to check the SCA setup and  code as well

I'll try it in another account later this week and see if it works

<@UDMPNL24A> make sure your theme has the templates related to payment instruments feature. Otherwise it will not load, it is pretty common that people has a custom theme and they never added those templates since you did not have enabled the feature.

it seems to be coming from the backend because the response is an empty array. the theme is based off the manor theme which was installed in mid-2024

actually in our test account the theme is up to date because it is using the latest base theme which was just updated

If it's installed in mid-2024, there should be payment instrument template in the theme

is there in error in the console? do you have the images set for the payment methods?

it seems like it was an issue with the payment visuals

i.e. images. didn't think this would cause the payment methods from not loading
