03/27/2025, 8:25 PMTrying to turn on line level tax on SOs flowing in from Celigo and it worked great for SO's, but the corresponding invoices recalculated the sales tax differently than the Sales Order. Why are the invoices not inheriting/copying the line level tax from the Sales Order when the item lines all match?

03/27/2025, 9:06 PMAre you using one of their pre built integration apps? If so you have to use the billing flow that comes with the app or else tax won’t calculate correctly. If you try to build your own or go without it the taxis missed

03/27/2025, 9:46 PMYes like I’m guessing this is a Shopify integration. Did you get the Shopify NetSuite package (prebuilt flows)?
