Has anyone migrated product data from Magento to NetSuite before?

coopwatts: I haven't done from Magento specifically, but we've migrated a lot of data from various systems into Netsuite via CSV imports.

We have about 40,000 products that have been migrated to NetSuite, they need to be configured for SCA webstore including images. Just trying to decide on the best way to tackle this.

You're likely looking at CSV import as @coopwatts mentioned and importing images etc. for item association. A bit of scripting here can go a long way to save time.
