Not sure if this is the place or if admin would be better... I am trying to do a test upgrade of our SCA from 2020.2 to any newer version (preferably the newest but want to just go one version to start) in our sandbox before we do a refresh (that way if anything breaks the refresh will get us back on par with prod.) My issue is EVERY bundle i click on in sandbox says "you have not been granted access to this bundle." Even bundles we currently have installed. On production i get the option to install as I would expect, but I don't want to break our prod site obviously. Any one have any insight on what I may be able to do to install one of the newer bundles and attempt this upgrade in sbx?

Open a support case and ask for the latest version of SCA to be provisioned to your sandbox
