Does anyone know what makes an available filter only show these options? The results have multiple different names. A user recently claimed this changed and was previously able to select employees.

Do you now have more than 1,000 employees? I think that's the threshold before the individual options disappear.

@Luis Could list preferences (Like result numbers showing) help fix this or is it a strict system limitation?

Strict limitation as per NS when I encountered the same issue

I can confirm that with fewer than 1,000 employees, saved search Available Filter on Employee-type List/Record fields does not show individuals, on our NetSuite account, either. I have to settle for text based filtering on the employee name and have the user type in part of the name instead of selecting from a dropdown.

@Aaron McCausland I used a filtered list for this filter and now all selections show. Maybe it isn't the number, but reducing the count has worked for me

@Jeff Jacobs I hadn't tried filtering it because the number was less than 300, but if filtering it works, then great 🙂 thanks for sharing your solution, and I'll keep it in mind for next time this comes up (I want to try it out now but I'm deep in a project)
