Does anyone have a handy reference for what all would be affected if I changed the logo that appears at the top left when we log into NetSuite (the one next to the NetSuite logo)? I’m not sure all the places that logo is used.

Advanced PDFs can use them

I’m trying to figure this out, because there are two places to put in a logo under Setup -> Company Information, one states it is for the printed and emailed transaction forms and the other for the pages.

Subsidiary?

If using basic PDF layouts, I have observed the PDF logo first tries to get the Custom Form's logo if one is set. If not, then the Transaction's Location logo. If that's not set, then it uses the Subsidiary or Company logo, I forget which. If using Advanced PDF templates, then you decide in the template itself, rather than in the Custom Form or that chain of fallbacks. Changing Company Logo will also affect any PDF templates or Email templates that have a reference to companyInformation logo. I'm not sure I know where else gets affected, but the most I've seen has been on transaction PDFs.

It takes a while for the image to change - I've found up to 45 minutes historically. Some sort of server side caching
