Does anybody know why my review negative inventory page isn't loading? its not even after i submit a date/location, the page just won't load

Mine seems to be loading. If you set the date, you normally have to leave the box -- like click off elsewhere, or hit tab. But mine's working (and I have a pretty large product/sku count and 12k uniquely stocked items with inventory to check).

that's the thing that's got me baffled. i haven't even set date/location, mine won't load to get me to that point. doesn't make any sense.

Have you tried loading it from another user or Role? I'm wondering if a weird date value got "stuck" in it. That report remembers the last used date value in the box. If somehow a non-sensical / garbage value got "saved" into it, I could see it not loading, and spinning it's wheels for an eternity.

you did it tried a new role and it worked right away, now about my user who can't get in because their role has it "stuck" any ideas? is there a way to wipe that memory? i know sometimes NS interacts weird with browser caching but that doesn't sem to do the trick here

I'm not sure how that info is stored. I don't think it's a cookie (though you could try clearing browser cookies anyways). I played around with mine to see if that was a URL query string parameter I could force into the URL to change the date (something like &Transaction_ASOFDATEto=3%2F10%2F2025) , but I couldn't find the field name that worked to force the date that way (assuming it's even possible....) You might need to ask NS Support, if someone else doesn't chime in.
